We bill by the second, rounded up to the nearest minute per call. Only actual conversation time is counted — hold time before AI answers is not billed.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
You'll be charged the per-minute rate for your plan. For example, on the Pro plan, extra minutes are $0.25 NZD each + GST. Free plan users cannot go over — calls are limited to included minutes.
No. All plans are month-to-month or annual with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the following period.
For monthly paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business), unused minutes roll over to the next month, up to 2x your plan's monthly allowance. Free plan minutes do not roll over.
